Chofeur is a Charlotte, NC–based online marketing company created to spotlight independent boutique brands. While rooted in Charlotte, we worked closely with store owners across Texas, Maryland, and Washington, DC.

From fashion labels to candle makers, Chofeur provided strategic social media and email marketing support to help small businesses grow their visibility, connect with new customers, and strengthen both their in-store and online presence.

I worked on multiple projects from updating the main website, creating the new user onboarding website,  email marketing layout and assisting with social media creation/postings.

Stressed Office Woman

The Problem :

Independent boutique owners struggled to drive consistent foot traffic and online sales.

WHY : Post-COVID shopping habits shifted. With less in-store traffic and more digital competition, many small brands didn’t have the time or resources to market themselves effectively — leading to declining revenue.

User Research

We conducted research through in-person store visits and pop-up boutique events.

Held virtual user interviews via Zoom.

Lastly, we created and distributed Google Forms to collect insights from a range of boutique owners

As we gathered consistent feedback, I updated Chofeur’s main website and created the Merchant Landing page.

Building the
Merchant Landing Page

Why : We created a dedicated merchant landing page to give boutique owners a clear, direct space to learn more about our services, schedule a meeting, and begin the onboarding process.

The lead social media strategist first designed a mockup in Canva, which was then handed off to me for development.

I built the final, fully functional page in Webflow, transforming the concept into a live onboarding experience.
